Anywhere on Earth (AoE) is a calendar designation which indicates that a period expires when the date passes everywhere on Globe. Information technology is a exercise to aid specify piece of cake to sympathise deadlines such as "March xvi, 2004, Finish of Solar day, Anywhere on Earth (AoE)"^[1] without requiring timezone calculations or Daylight saving time adjustments.^[2]

For any given date, the latest place on Globe where it would exist valid, is on Howland and Bakery Islands, in the IDLW fourth dimension zone (the Western Hemisphere side of the International Date Line). Therefore, the mean solar day ends AoE when it ends on Howland Island.^[three]
